In particular, positive psychology is the scientific study of human flourishing, and an applied approach to optimal functioning. It aims to understand and cultivate positive emotions, strengths, and virtues that enable individuals, communities, and organizations to thrive. It studies the factors that contribute to healthy and fulfilling lives, rather than focusing solely on treating mental illness. We provide expertise in this field to help you and your teams find greater resilience and flourishing.
EXECUTIVE COACHING
Executive coaching is a form of professional development that focuses on helping individuals in leadership roles to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviors needed to improve their performance and achieve their goals. Executive coaches work with clients on a one-on-one basis, using a variety of techniques and methods to help them identify and overcome obstacles, set and achieve goals, and improve their overall effectiveness as leaders.
We can address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: communication skills, time management, decision making, problem solving, team building, conflict resolution, goal setting, and strategic planning. We work with our clients to identify areas of improvement, set goals and create an action plan to achieve them.
RESILIENCE TRAINING
Resilience training is a type of professional development that helps individuals build the mental and emotional toughness needed to handle stress, adversity, and change. It is designed to help individuals develop the skills and strategies needed to bounce back from difficult situations and maintain a positive outlook, even in the face of adversity.

Research shows that character strengths are a critical component of well-being and flourishing in the workplace. We partner with the VIA Institute On Character, a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing the science of character strengths to the world. All of our coaching engagements include a strengths survey.
